When it came to speed at check out in 2017 and 2018, 58% of respondents said a mobile payment app was better than paying with a plastic card.
When it came to privacy, 50% in 2017 and 54% in 2018 said using a mobile payment app was better than paying with plastic.
Lastly when it came to security, 52% in 2017 and 54% in 2018 said that paying with a mobile payment app was a better experience than paying with plastic.
